Attraqt Group plc (AIM: ATQT), a leading provider of online experience orchestration , is pleased to confirm, further to the Placing and Acquisition announcement released earlier today (the "Fundraising Announcement"), the Placing has closed and the participation of the Directors of the Company in the Placing are as follows:

Azini Capital Partners is the fund manager for Azini 3 LLP. Azini 3(FP)LP is a limited partner in Azini 3 LLP and Nick Habgood is a partner in Azini 3(FP)LP. Therefore, Nick Habgood has an indirect interest in the share capital of the Company.

** Such shares are being subscribed for by Swapnil Dodd, the wife of Eric Dodd.

The above participations form part of the Placing and the total number of Placing Shares.
