Transaction on company shares

Atlas Estates Limited ("AEL") was notified today by a member of its Board of Directors that Fragiolig Holdings Limited ("Fragiolig"), as a person closely related to the notifying director, on 20 October 2010 acquired 430,000 AEL shares at a price equivalent to GBP 0,9 (calculated into PLN at the exchange rate from 1 October 2010, i.e. PLN price of 4.09 per share). This transaction was made as an off-session package transaction on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and was concluded in performance by Fragiolig of a demand made by a minority shareholder under art. 83 of the Act on public offers and terms of admission of financial instruments into an organised system of trade and on public companies dated 29 July 2005 .

Fragiolig is a subsidiary of the Izaki Group which now has a beneficial interest in a total of 38,653,302 AEL Shares representing 82.5 per cent of its issued share capital.

Atlas Estates Limited ("AEL") w dniu dzisiejszy otrzyma a informacj od cz onka Rady Dyrektorow, i Fragiolig Holdings Limited ("Fragiolig") - podmiot powi zany z informuj cym Dyrektorem, w dniu 20 pa dziernika 2010 naby 430.000 akcji AEL za cen rown GBP 0,9 (przeliczone na polskie z ote po kursie wymiany z dnia 1 pa dziernika 2010 roku, tj. 4.09 z otych polskich za akcje). Przedmiotowa transakcja zosta a dokonana w ramach transakcji pakietowej na rynku regulowanym poza sesj zawarta w wykonaniu dania zg oszonego przez akcjonariusza mniejszosciowego w trybie art. 83 ustawy o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentow finansowych do zorganizowanego system obrotu oraz o spo kach publicznych z dnia 29 lipca 2005 roku.

Fragiolig jest podmiotem powi zanym w grup kapita ow Izaki Group, ktora to na chwil obecn posiada 38.653.302 akcji AEL reprezentuj cych 82,5 % wyemitowanego kapita u zak adowego.
