Posted at 24/9/2007 10:38 by davebowler NAV now £3.62-so share price is at a 20 % discount.LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Atlas Estates Ltd reported a first-half to end-June 2007 pretax profit of 27.7 mln eur, compared with a loss of 9.5 mln eur for the 11 months of trading in 2006. It said the profitability has been achieved mainly due to a 34.8 mln eur valuation increase recorded within its investment portfolio. Net asset value per share increased 13.3 pct to 5.20 eur from 4.59 eur as at Dec 31 2006, the company said. The company also declared an interim dividend of 8.32 euro cents per share. |
Posted at 24/9/2007 08:01 by rogerbridge Excellent results at first look. Nice increase in dividend. |
Posted at 16/8/2007 15:34 by isa23 If I'm not mistaken, last NAV was 366p . Assuming no rise at all, it is now trading at a discount of 38.5%!!! and with divi set to rise this year (to 6 ot 7%??) that's a no brainer to me IMHO |
Posted at 04/4/2007 08:19 by ptolemy Good set of figures. Trading below NAV, margins improving and moving towards a 5% divi. Compares very well with other Eastern Europe Property Cos. Warsaw float will also help. A clear buy imo. |
Posted at 23/3/2007 16:11 by ptolemy Expecting good results on Monday. Share price now at float price a year ago but should be well below asset value. Expect good news on property yields and, therefore, divi..Let's see. |
