Grant of Share Options to Directors

The Company has today granted an award of share options under the Company's Unapproved and CSOP option schemes to each of the following Directors to acquire ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at a strike price of 71.5p per share as detailed below. The options are exercisable from 15 August 2015.
