Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
Reference was made to an Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") convened by Asian Growth Properties Limited (the "Company") (AIM Stock Code: AGP), the Hong Kong based China property development and investment company, on 20 October 2015 for the purpose of considering and passing an ordinary resolution regarding the proposed disposal of the entire issued share capital of Ever Reality Limited pursuant to the terms of the Option Agreement and the Sale Agreement as set out in the notice of EGM dated 2 October 2015.
The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the ordinary resolution considered and voted upon by the Company's shareholders at the EGM held on 20 October 2015 was duly passed.
