Exercise of Employee Share Options

Asian Citrus announces that following the exercise of Employee Share Options, 9,517,000 new ordinary shares of HK$0.01 have been issued to employees who exercised 1,715,000 options at 11.2 pence per share and 7,802,000 options at 13.9 pence per share on 6 December 2013.

Following the issue of the new shares, the Company's total issued share capital is 1,239,075,555 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each.

Application will be made today to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to become effective on 13 December 2013.
