26/7/2002 01:46 | Anyone else think that the USA fudged their market at the UK close and after on Wednesday, expecting a good response from the far east early Thursday morning. The far east markets did not respond in the way expected. (HS down and Nikkei up a little). Anyone else think that the last hour and a half of USA (Dow market) were again fudged on Thursday (Note Nasdaq down). If so, then despite an excellent turn around in the USA on Thursday, the response from the far east this morning gets one thinking! Discuss in no more than 2000 carefully chosen words. edit: Nikkei heading for all time low! | sardine | |
