                            Director's Share Dealing

Asia Distribution Solutions Limited, ("ADSL"), confirms that it was today
notified that its Non-Executive Chairman Michael Kingshott has today bought a
further 100,000 ordinary shares in ADSL at 22p per ordinary share. This brings
his holding to 1,425,000 ordinary shares which represents a total holding of
5.3% in the company.

ADSL is the AIM listed provider of manufacturing and distribution solutions of
beverages in China, and today announced its maiden preliminary results for the
period ended 31 December 2007.
