    CONTRACT WIN 
    Asia Distribution Solutions Limited, ("ADSL" or "the Group") the AIM-quoted distributor of beverages in China announces an important new
contract win. The company has signed a contract as sole supplier of imported wines for two of Times hypermarkets in the Chang Zen and Yan
Cheng districts of Shanghai.

    Times is one of the leading operators of hypermarkets and supermarkets in the People's Republic of China.
    It currently operates a large regional network of 55 retail outlets, including 41 hypermarkets, in 42 cities. It is listed on the Hong
Kong Stock Exchange. It is hoped that when this initial contract is reviewed in early 2009, ADSL will be awarded further contracts across
the Times network. 

    While the initial contract has a modest minimum guaranteed value, the expectation is for gross annual sales, per store, to be RMB700,000
(£52,000). ADSL considers this to be an excellent platform from which to accelerate its already rapidly expanding sales of imported wines. 

    Michael Kingshott, Chairman commented:

    "This is an excellent win for ADSL. Times is already a very large player in China and it is growing fast. While this initial contract is
for two hypermarkets, we intend to grow with them. Demand for imported wines continues to increase as China becomes more affluent."
