Dear Investor

Further to your email, please be advised that we are currently trying to find out this information via the registrar of the company as we believe they may be restricted shares.

As soon as an update has been received we will let you know.

I had asked "Are these shares tradeable - how do I sell them?"

This share has not bottomed yet. Take a look at the chart It is a disaster. It was onl a couple of weeks ago that some were saying buy this share quickly it is a unique oppo The share price will not be 15p for long. Well unique was right & yes we didn't see 15p for long. How much lower who knows but it is a brave investor who would buy into this now. I am truly sorry for those who have seen their capital eroded so quickly. I hope u recover ur capital in time.

Adsl reminds investors that any agreement of an offer will take more than the time allowed. At present the value is been sold off to a mere 10p. Like blnx

Another update on the LSE board, sounding better all the time:

GOOD NEWS from Mr KingshottToday 15:41

For those of you who doubted me yesterday, Mr Kingshott did call be back. A sumary of my discussion is as follows:

1. the new Yara shares will be FULLY tradable on the NASDAQ market (NOT pinksheets)

2. these shares will be fully supported - Mr Kingshott and his team have been busy in the states developing investor relations with road shows etc

3. the application for listing of the new shares is being FAST TRACKED - Mr Kingshott expects the shares to be tradeable in Jan or Feb

4. the price of Yara shares at 0.42 is based on a full valuation of the company , due diligence and months of negotiation. Yarra were pushing for $1.50

5. Mr kingshott himself has £800 k invested in ADSL

6.he can make no guarantees (of course) but he expects the price of the new yara shares to settle at plus 50p

7. he will be making an anouncement shortly with good news- when I pushed for the content of this and timing - his response was that he didnt want to lose his job so he could say no more - fair enough!

i will leave you all to draw your own conclusions from the above.

on the face of it this seems a great deal and a chance for some easy money - however... If I buy some ADSL stock and then this gets converted to Yarraman exactly how do I sell these?? - I cant via my normal route, plus even if I could sell them easily the fact that these are very illiquid means that a sudden hike in activity by investors to realise their profits would have a good change of collapsing the share price disproportionatly - reducing/wiping out profit - is this not correct??

I would really have to rely on the ADSL share price getting to the target before conversion - judging by the share price action this may not happen

interesting to see how this plays out
