29/11/2007 15:35 | Balance sheet still looks knackered even after the last placing. Still a sizeable net current liabilities figure and negligable tangible assets. Weak finances seems to be confirmed by note 2.1 on going concern. All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | ![]() dell314

07/1/2007 08:45 | On reviewing this company's accounts, something seems very odd. How can they possibly make such a massive loss from £1m of gross margin and 13 staff? Admin costs were £2.2m in 15 months including £1.4m of salaries. All looks a bit incompetent to me! | ![]() topvest
28/4/2006 08:57 | bozzy_s - 27 Mar'06 - 22:45 - 9 of 10 Dinosaur - it's an obvious pump and dump. A couple of punters buy up shares in a small-cap company, spread false rumours of positive news, and hope that idiots buy in so they can sell their shares. This will be back at 6p in quick time as there is obviously no news to be released. bozzy - correct. This was another one getting heavily pumped on iii by the usual crew of con artists. As I seem to remember them assuring us that they would be holding onto at least some of their holding here, it seems odd that none of them have reappeared this morning to comment on the results. I'd guess that a £650k loss over 6 months wasn't quite what they expected but, to be honest, I doubt if they had the slightest intention of still being here when the results came out, so they probably couldn't care less. Much better just to relentlessly ramp it, when real facts and figures are few and far between, eh? Anyway, circa £650k loss over 6 months and only £45k cash left, with negative net current assets, doesn't make it too hard to figure out why the company changed their year end, does it?? All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | ![]() dell314
