                     NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS


The Company has received notifications that pursuant to the Rights Issue and in
accordance with the undertakings referred to in the prospectus dated 16 April
2003, the following directors' shareholdings are now as follows:


Ms Sally Siew Mooi Cheong acquired 50,000 ordinary shares at 0.06p per share on
7 May 2003 and now has an interest in 250,000 ordinary shares of 5p each
representing 0.034% of the issued share capital of the Company.


Mr David Walton Masters acquired 343,750 ordinary shares at 0.06p per share on 7
May 2003 and now has an interest in 1,718,750 ordinary shares of 5p each
representing 0.23% of the issued share capital of the Company.
