Result of general meeting and warrantholder meeting
Arria NLG (AIM: NLG), a technology leader in Natural Language Generation ("NLG"), announces that at the Company's general meeting and warrantholder meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions proposed were duly passed.
As a result, the last day of dealings in the Company's ordinary shares and quoted warrants on AIM will be 19 January 2017 and cancellation of trading in the Company's ordinary shares and quoted warrants on AIM will be effective from 07:00 on 20 January 2017.
