ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE
Arko Holdings plc ("the Company" or "Arko")
Issue of new shares following exercise of option
The Directors of the Company announce the issue of 735,295 new ordinary shares
of 0.5p each resulting from the exercise of options.
Application has been made for the 735,295 shares so issued to be admitted to
trading on AIM and it is anticipated that the shares will be so admitted on 8
October 2003.
