If the drilling proves up the resource then it's a double win for ARK, either G11 will want ARKs stake or Glencore may just bid for both G11 and/ or ARK

I think the zinc is part of the same orebody-made up of high grade pods. The problem with Glencore is that they can sit on their backside for a long period as they are not generally explorers. Zn is at a pretty good price and usually there is also a silver return which can vary from small to quite significant. Zn is presently around E2670/ton and has been as low as 1700/tonne in 2007 and as high as 3300 in 2007/2008.
These types of mines take a long period to come on stream 6-7 years. Zn has many uses ranging from a wide use in medicine to rust proving (which electric cars require)to alloys(brass being a common one). Interesting fish are more sensitive to Zn than humans.

TheJaba - agreed. As The CEO says the Zinc is the crown jewel.

Although that said, the past year has delivered some decent gold results and drilling will continue.

Zinc is the big story here tho.

Data It's not the gold, the gold was a bonus side issue this was always about zinc and potentially holding a world class resource next door to Glencore

Today’s RNS

A £2M MC tiddler aiming to firm up on a Tier 1 Zinc discovery.

( ARKS words not mine ) Its a STUNNING risk reward of that there is no doubt.

A 10 bagger to £20M MC ( 10p ) could be just the start. Tier 1 is several 100’s of millions. (Ark own 23.44 %)

Ive been holding off topping up here waiting for G11 ( project lead ) to confirm costings ( they have and its fully funded ) and that drilling is going ahead ( it is ).

Anyone in at these levels will likely see a bag or 3 and many more on any increase on the already discovered 5 Million tonnes of high grade shallow depth Zinc ( cheap to recover ) in a Zinc rich area.

One not to miss.

Sounds rampy but the facts speak for themselves.

The herd will be on the way of that I have no doubt.

GLA but, frankly, I don’t think we will need it.

Was pretty surprised that 2p wasn't surpassed today by close but presumably MM's pulled off that little shake towards the end of today just so they will have plenty of stock for the inevitable buying pressure next week.
