A bit of a change of direction here with the trades lately, the vast majority now being buys.

This started late on Friday, and has continued this morning. Volume isn't huge, but still good to see and a positive move.

Looks like this 'stabilisation' dealing had kicked in again, with a sudden deluge of 600 share packages sold through the market.

Anyone got any views/knowledge of implication this from page 114 of the 267 page prospectus.

Or has anyone seen the terms of the restrictive share agreement.

"On 8 February 2016, 97,046,908 of Ordinary Shares were disenfranchised pursuant to a restrictive share agreement. Disenfranchised shares are not entitled to vote, attend meetings of the Company, or to receive dividends or other distributions made or paid on the Ordinary Shares. The restrictive share agreement makes provision for the release of the restrictions in certain circumstances, which includes upon the subscription for future share issues"

Maybe I study the small print in too great detail BUT could this (under any circumstances) be a potential overhang ?

Maybe today's drop is more to do with sentiment in the Life Sciences sector given ALM's 30% drop on a huge write-down.
