I've found the relevant company pages at Companies House and can confirm that both name changes were effected on Friday so Monday does indeed look like the first trading day under the new ADI company name.

This is the PLC changing from Regen Therapeutics PLC to Alexander David Investments PLC on 18 Feb:



This is the LTD company changing from Regen NewCo LTD to Regen Therapeutics LTD, also on 18 Feb. What some might find interesting is the date of incorporation of this limited company - 22 Dec 10!

I am trying to think ahead G.F!! Monaco sounded good to me, (DAY DREAMING) mind you monaco is out of the question for me now. As i am a shadow of my former self, shares wise,as i am still not 100% sure, but much happier as my risk factor is substantially lesser now.

Hello all - good news on the one a day dosage in the USA. I understood from the old PR rep, Andrew Marshall that this was a must in securing a Retail deal in the US.

So, from monday my PLC shares will be ADI only and the rest as Newco RGT LTD.

As a PLC, marketmakres would dictate market cap through supply/demand of shares. As a LTD co, buyers have to meet sellers, therefore what sets the market cap for RGT LTD? Quold a que of buyers waiting for sellers push up the market price, but only when sellers agree to sell, a deal is done?

Not traded LTD co shares before!

Regarding forums going forward, I guess this will be ADI only now?

Now I can't buy any more RGT I bought a few RRL. Any other small cap oilers out there with news due soon please?

Dave Griff. If by chance you read this I thought I'd let you know that on the email you have for me I have had various emails purporting to be from you but in fact are spam mail. It's not a problem as I just ignore them but I don't quite know how they come from an email address that you must have used in the past. Have you read the patent updates,correct me but a new piece has been added for all strokes.
The company selling the mist spray was also going to be the supplier for the spray bottles for RGT.I tackled this with Percy over a year ago when I notice the company were working on a mist spray.
They cannot do any advertising for use for people with strokes/coma/vegatable state and therefor will not be recommended by any medical professional.Patent protected.
hope this helps also do some research on strokes per country.
More than alzheimers in the states.
will we see some action here soon,I believe so when moss results come out.
These trials are very extensive and are been funded by the USA goverment.
Lets concentrate on colostrinin as this is where we will see the potential of the product short term.

There's a spray formulation of zolp available now
1. the number of patients suitable for zolp as a coma jump-starter is very low
2. what's to stop the available spray being used. Yes, RGT has IP, but you'd have to a) find out who is using it and b) threaten them with a law suit

I just dont see any commercial potential for it.
The best bet IMO would be to sell the rights to the company that makes the spray.
Perhaps that could fetch a reasonable amount vs the NewCo market cap

I have posted details of this company. I hope NewCo will follow that up and offer them rights.
There simply isnt the return to develop a separate bespoke product IMO

Adoption of Investing Policy
The Company is now classified as an investing company, pursuant to AIM Rule 15, under the terms of which the Company has until 20 February 2012, being 12 months from the date of this announcement, to implement its investing policy, as detailed in the Circular. Otherwise, trading in the Company's shares would be suspended at 7:30 a.m. on 21 February 2012. The Company would remain provisionally suspended for six months, following which, if it would remain the case that the Company fails to undertake a reverse takeover or otherwise implement its investing policy, it would be proposed to cancel the admission of the Company's shares with effect from 7:00 a.m. on 21 August 2012.
