Arena Events Group plc (AIM: ARE, "Arena", the "Company" or the "Group"), announces that each director of the Company has agreed to participate in the Placing to raise up to GBP20 million announced on 14 August 2018.

Accordingly, the following directors/PDMRs have agreed to subscribe for Placing Shares in the following amounts at the Issue Price:
