Director/PDMR Shareholding

Arena Events Group plc (AIM: ARE) has been notified that, on 22 February 2022, Steve Trowbridge, CFO, transferred 164,232 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Sarah Trowbridge, a person closely associated with Steve Trowbridge, for nil consideration. Following the transfer, Steve Trowbridge's beneficial interest of 256,613 Ordinary Shares, remains the same.

For the purposes of Rule 2.10(c) of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the transferred shares remain subject to the irrevocable undertaking given by Steve Trowbridge in support of the acquisition of the Company by Theta BidCo Limited.
