NOTICE OF INTERIM RESULTS

Cambridge, UK, 17 August 2022: Arecor Therapeutics plc (AIM: AREC), the biopharmaceutical group advancing today's therapies to enable healthier lives, will announce its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2022 on Thursday 8 September 2022.

Sarah Howell, Chief Executive Officer, and Susan Lowther, Chief Financial Officer, will host an in-person briefing for analysts at 11:00am BST on the day of the results at the offices of Panmure Gordon, One New Change, London, EC4M 9AF.
