Excellent news. That should give the share price a boost today.

Last week you were talking this up so much Erric had to ask you to cool it.

You deleted your posts and posted bye in a sulk.

Now you come back with a complete irrelevant post with a negative sentiment. What a complete prat.

Dipped another toe in. I admit not a massive buy but I’ve got in and will continue to add at these levels if and when funds allow. It would appear plenty of news to come in the coming months.

Steve, I think your enthusiastic posting is getting close to ramping and not what I like to see on this board.

One really has to question the role played by WH Ireland here , are these guys corrupt or what , I note they were involved in the stitch up with VLS , what a bunch of wasters!

Steve, i think you are being a tad optimistic, given the reaction in Australia overnight. I am a LTH in Artemis and believe the next 18 months will get us closer to the range of 5,2p to 11p in the recent WH Ireland report.
However, this morning I think it unlikely we will be in a forward gear.

$3B is the 100% of the takeover by Gina & SQM [AZS owns only 60%].
$3B is the cals to see how WH Ireland in their latest broker target price of 11.2p dated 29.1.24 was derived from [specifically said the basis is due to the same geology etc].

So, 11.2p was re-calculated to an implied mkt cap. Then, the market cap was taken as a % of the $3bn to see what % WH Ireland attributed it to.

It is just benchmarking as norm used by all analysts. Conclusion: WH Ireland's 11.2p target price based on same geology suggests only 10% of the $3bn takeout price.

However, ARV currently trading at 1% @£32m mkt cap at 1.5p.

==IN SHORT, IT IS EASIER TO SEE WHAT IS FAIR VALUE AT THIS STAGE.===

I see some are comparing the value here to AZURE , $3 B is a bit premature , now if the news tomorrow is outstanding then around 30/40p within 12 months is indeed very realistic.

Indeed , best to avoid all the noise , here we have a BOD who are determined to add value to the company and it's shareholders , massive week ahead if as it looks they have hit the sweetspot.

People who “warn” about placings are just honking page 1 of the shorters handbook , and are rarely acting in good faith

bsg...no that is the last thing we need because in this market it would only be at a steep discount with any company that is pre-revenue like this. Our yr low of 0.675p would likely be what they will be offered in best case or worst case 20% below IMO so i think best to leave any thought of placing at bay for a while ( or we will have a rump of newer investors sitting on 70% losses ) and sentiment will be very toxic.

Also be careful as its likely some shorting crews will jump on this as they will see easy pickings here.

Good time to have a placing.
