You don’t need to worry about that just yet, you will be gone long before that and the few you have running you will be able to sell as glencore will pay us ‘x’ amount for our share of stonepark - we would still have the 2 100% gold projects we own, with glencore money in the bank.

Why i say you’ll be gone with the majority of your holding before then is because this is currently valued less than what our stake in just stonepark is worth (something our ceo alluded to in this weekends podcast) not taking into account the 2 100% gold projects we own (go on company website and check them out).


Todays raise is money to go on top of money we already have from the recent placing (from which directors bought up 6.5m shares). Its a good thing, it allows us to pay our way with both the gold and zinc deposits.


Once these placing shares and sellers are clear (which imo with todays volume is either done, or close to being done) and this is free to move it will rerate to around 4p (8mill mcap) and that’s just for starters given how under priced we currently are.


Glencore interest is real, they’ll want us out before August drilling thats for sure. What are they willing to pay? Certainly more than todays market cap.


Ceo alluded to news in the short term in the pro active podcast today, lets see what they have for us. Im happy to have an average close to a penny here, very happy. GL

Glencore’s move on Friday certainly caught Arkle out.

The raise today was a sensible strategic defensive move

Next comes the game of who blinks first

Glencore have a 19 billion mcap and they want our share of stonepark, they will want this sooner rather than later and definitely before drilling takes place in August.

If feeders are confirmed in August drilling then we’re worth £, not 10p...why take the risk, they will come in for our % very soon. Ceo talks about it in the weekend podcast.
