Only if u need revenue which i dont so i avoid dividend payers as the gross div gets deducted when the share goes ex div but you only receive net div so its costly - just depends on your circumstances

These kind of companies just suck peoples money in and offer no return......in todays market you need to be in dividend paying energy stocks, like for example I3E

I3E has plenty of exploration upside, but also currently paying a monthly dividend from low decline Canadian oil and gas production. So even if the price stays still, your getting 6% yield in the way of monthly dividends.

Companies like ARK I have watched for a long time, but they just, imo, are lifestyle companies and offer no investment benefits.

fenners66 why are you concerned. If you prefer investing then maybe you should try a good unit trust fund which may be more suited. Most folk should know aim is a gamble as indeed are most stock but to a lesser extent.

I think the last Stonepark drill only cost us £75k ( 23.44% of the drill).

Mr.T has said warrant holders supportive so funds either thru that or a very very small placing. Certainly nothing to worry about imo. And nothing immediately required unless do indeed take on another well sourced asset. In fact monies pencilled in for the gold could be used elsewhere.

Re Today’s RNS good to see mgt recognising that this is undervalued. We’ve been saying that for some time.

Time to add imo, and wait for sentiment to swing which it undoubtedly will.

I’m chilled and more excited for ARKs future than ever.

This isn’t a binary bet. there’s 5.1m mt of high grade Zinc pay dirt ALREADY bagged and another large prospect ( perhaps larger than Glencores Pallas Green of 45m). Perhaps upto 100m mt.

Risk / reward is compelling.

As there is obviously a need for yet another fund raise ,
the market has rumbled them
share price down again.

1teemore - If you think that a principal activity of a quoted "exploration company" is
making a profit /loss on "fair value volatility of warrants"

then I contend that you have not got a clue.

Since I prefer investing to gambling , I will let you guess what I think of ARK

Obviously you have little understanding of what an exploration company does- maybe should avoid for your own sake!

On what basis do they pick one of their companies to add a "project " to ?
ARK is clearly centered on Ireland whilst other group companies are on Africa.

So ,,,

Do they just pull out a name out of a hat ?

ARK now going to Zimbabwe for ....... Lithium

Spread the same few guys all over the world , looking for all kinds of everything and lo

nothing gets done.....

A crucial huge positive for ARK are the spectacularly superior grades at Stonepark.

Stonepark: (8.7% Zn and 2.6% Pb)

Pallas Green: (7% Zn and 1% Pb)

It's easy to see why Glencore bid for it with the intention of quick fire drilling.

Surely last weeks news wet their appetite further.

Also at depth, Silver could now be significant

As I said previously depth may be one issue but a more important parameter is the difference in the orebody layout. Pallas Green owned by Glencore has ore distributed in pods which leaves it costly to mine whereas the Group 11 resource appears as a continuous orebody which means development would be thru the orebody-now the orebody needs to be proven up. As an example Tara was discovered in 1970, production commenced in 1977 and at present prediction could be 20+ years left. (ore came came to within 40m off surface and the mine extended to present depth of over 1000m with new ore at 2000m depth-rough figures.

How deep is this Pallas Green?
Is it under 440m of rock ?

Not really - we needs facts and a guarantee that they will monetise this asset before the price willMove

Read the G11 release . Saying this could be potentially as big as Pallas Green which Glencore hold, which is a tier 1 deposit. This is huge news. Absolutely huge
