The General Meeting is being convened to approve the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 and the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors.

The General Meeting is to be held at 77 Cornhill, London EC3V 3QQ on 4 September 2018 at 4.00 p.m.
