Seems like a good wheeze to get punters on a credit card. Surely no coincidence that the new CEO was formerly CEO of a credit card business (MBNA):

Looks like 20mm of the cash reduction was an unusual timing difference in 2018 according to the broker. In H117 it was 7.8mm vs 7.7mm in H119. The H118 figure was abnormally high.

Money held in trust is all the gift cards that have been sold, but not redeemed.It's good that it is increasing. Means more gift cards sold.

I don't quite get why monies held in trust has risen markedly, while cash and equivalents has fallen markedly; perhaps that's what the market doesn't like, because it's been a long time since the share price was this low.

Anyone explain that?

Hi ray, I am using Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 running android version 9. When I am on any BB, if I tap the back key, it exits the app completely rather than taking me back to the main section of the BB. This is not the case with my old tablet running an older version of android. This is clearly a bug which is not seen in an older version of android.

Have the same problem on my android phone,worked fine last year. Problems this year.

It's very frustrating as it worked fine until earlier this month. I've tried everything from uninstall / reinstall to connecting the phone manually and trying to locate any spurious directories and files after an uninstall.

No joy.

Works fine on 3 other devices, just not an up to date android mobile!

I have exactly the same problem with advfn app running in an older version of Android using Sony xperia, however I can use the desktop version via Google Chrome.

The app works fine on my mobile phone which has the latest android operating system.

The problem seems to be with advfn server where the username and password authentication happens.

Hi,

The app on my android phone appears to have stopped working. All I get is "Empty Response" when trying to log on. Have powered off and back on, uninstalled and re-installed, cleared the cache etc. No joy!

Any ideas?

Thank you for bringing this up.
I have reported the issue to our App developers, so they will investigate it further.
In the meantime you can press OK to continue using the app.

Hi Effortless Cool,

Through the App you cannot delete an entire Monitor; that can only be done through the website. You can however delete individual stocks from a monitor in the app, which is done by swiping the required stock from right to left (this will bring up the delete option).

If you need any other assistance with this, let me know.

So I am a casual investor who does lacks the time to check company news on a daily basis and am therefore looking for an app which would send an alert to my phone each time specified companies release news - anyone have any ideas if such apps exist?? Been looking for a while and haven't been able to find anything which would cut out the need to keep checking online for company releases.
