When I am on any BB, if I tap the back key, it exits the app completely rather than taking me back to the main section of the BB. The app works fine on my mobile phone which has the latest android operating system. The problem seems to be with advfn server where the username and password authentication happens. You can however delete individual stocks from a monitor in the app, which is done by swiping the required stock from right to left (this will bring up the delete option).
