Hi forearmed, the prices should definitely be strreaming through the app, it sounds like it could be a connection problem if you've only got a few non-streaming prices. Maybe try closing the app, quitting it and then opening it up again. Also, connect to wifi if possible and you should get things coming through more reliably.

My monitor only show the first 12 stocks' prices. The rest are either blank, o only partially there. Also, should the prices be streaming? If so, they aren't.

Only issue I get so far is there is messages in my inbox, I delete them and they reappear all the time

Struggled to locate the crash log after syncing but a few observations so far@

-Live streaming on but prices dont always load up
-Mailbox failed to open saying I was not logged in when I was
-Unable to connect to News from individual stock line
-streaming regularly crashes
-Volume indicator in $ not £
-When clicking on Boards button on a stock line throws you out of App
-Trades not loading
-Stocks deleted from monitor reappear when reentering App

Evening all,

We will soon be releasing the ADVFN iOS app, which will work on the iPhone, iPad and the iPod Touch.

WE WANT YOU TO TRY IT OUT



It will be compatible with iOS 4.3 and up, which basically means you'll be ok if you have:
iPhone 3GS or higher
Any iPad
iPod Touch 3rd gen or higher

You can't get the app in the App Store, so if you want to get hold of the beta version of the app you will first need to find out your device's UDID and get it over to me at [e-mail]. .

I will then send you the file and further instructions.

We think it's looking pretty good, but there are going to be bugs. Let us know what you spot and we will get things fixed up for the official release. There will be some free subscription shaped thanks to everyone who lends a hand.

We will initially set the limit at 10 people, but might raise it later on.

So, to get the beta, be one of the first 10 people to post below and send me your UDID.

Morning all,

We have just released an update to the Android app (version 1.1.1237). You should now be able to use it on Android 2.2 (Froyo).

If you have any problems, let us know your handset model and the version of Android you are using and we will do our best to help you out.

Hello Rewine,

the version for the 2.2 should be out at some point next week.

If you have a new tablet, you should be able to upgrade it to at least a 2.3.3.

Shame it doesn't work on android 2.2 (and its a new tablet), the old ADVFN service was just what I wanted. Can't ADVFN keep the old mobile service for those who don't have the App

HI john - HTC Desire.

There is an OTA update for my handset been offered but not applied yet as I think I need to backup texts etc.

App is no longer there on my phone and not visible on Google Play
