Well funded now and sales growing, so all looks good.

I took a £500 punt and got £150 which is 30% so they seem to have scaled back differently depending on size.

I think the share price will get a boost from PB investors buying to make their holding more economic. An added benefit of small scale distribution from the company. I won't be personally adding and would take say 60p per share any time in the future.

Did similar but with smaller numbers. Bought at 47p to make holding up to 12,000 shares, only got 2070 from Primary bid.

tried for £32k got £4.1k. Bought 100,000 at 47p to make up for it though. No pump and dump going on here!

Wanted. Don't make me laugh. The II's were in and out before you even got a sniff. As for Primary Bid, it's PI's getting wiped out by the tune of +25% who are taking it up. What will happen now is, with every Primary Bid effort, is PI's will not get shares in account for weeks. Meanwhile the bounce will happen and you can't sell them. Trick with Primary Bid is not to take it and wait for the inevitable fall back to placing price then buy on the open market.

Just read email and I ended up with one fifth of my bid so obviously very popular. Now 48p to buy.

Superior product lmao

so go in tell the nice folk here what method they use to produce it.

In detail please.

You don't know do you.

Don't forget a while back they add they were going to abandon production and concentrate on dispersion.

They have been known to openly lie before AKA criminal fraud.

Packman, in fairness the share price was around 50p when I made that post and even I was taken aback by the rise to around 70p based on very thin news. They said that they'd need to raise cash before Oct 21 and I rather suspect that this was too good an opportunity to miss, given the recent share price rise (rather than they've used up all of £3.8m). The real question is whether this is a good investment at about 45p (there seems to be some support at that price and they won't want the share price to drop below the placing price).

Graphene may be the product of the future but I still think this (and other graphene plays) are very speculative IMHO and I'm still not convinced that the licencing model is the way to go in the long term. Graphene is a classic product in need of a killer application. Marginal improvements to existing products won't cut the biscuit unless it gives manufacturers either a significant cost reduction or marketing edge IMHO.

Ditto Suet. Ended up with a meaningless holding. Frustrating.

Yep, same 16% received; as I predicted, oversubscribed but didn't think it would be to that extent.

Amusing seeing people talk down this company when it's just completed a massively oversubscribed fundraise!

Ouch. Declining staff, need for more money, RNS that mean very little and aren’t always company specific. Dangerous share to be in, be careful.

Read Trotsky post 260. AGM at finals had £3.8M cash and stated that no placing required till Oct 21. Where has all the cash went to? Some people never learn, typical pump and dump company.

Good luck to all... I looked in here 1st time today following notice via primary bid.... decided not to take up though I would like to, there's Graphene in my ski's ( sadly unused this season....) so I'm aware of this material & its origins & potential....I'm in Pantheon Resources ( PANR) with a sizeable investment... a small aim oil co... currently drilling for 1M barrels of oil recoverable & other prospects too.... worth a punt if you have spare cash after the AGM placing / offer. Sorry from non AGM talk & I'm not ramping at all but if you read up on PANR, ( DYOR!!) it's well worth a punt at this time!

You will need to receive the shares into your trading account and then bed and isa.
So it's your trading account number that is required.
A bit long winded I know.
