Not about that for me Jak. Sick to death on company lies on the AIM and simply tripped over it here while researching graphene.

another leg down I see and yet the company still do not come out with either why the share price has dropped so much during the past few weeks or a rebuttal to the accusations made about misinforming shareholders in an rns. I say come clean AGM. What is going on????

Disgraceful isn't it. I can see some PIs have no clue, FCA, AIM, Nomad, IP group and company aware, 60% down and not a peep to update the market.

It does seem daft when you read things like this.

Over on iii 3 apparently oblivious investors wondering why the dip on the share price ???

Don't they look beyond the end of their nose.

Hold Progress update ?

The potential of this product is tremendous however that is not the case for this company. It has been very poor in keeping investors informed on how it is progressing and of course that leads to rumours and the stock slides. The latest information supplied by the Company was a site visit in August, in which they state no material information will be given. Prior to that was a trading update in May. No news is always treated as bad news by shareholders in a high risk investment.

I do agree.

I cannot understand why the share price has halved in recent months.

Anybody spotted a reason?

Buy Huge potential for Graphene - Latest new...

I think the recent sell-off is unfounded.
There is ongoing research into the usage of graphene and its application in electronics etc.
Here are some recent links I have read on the subject.
Source is
Sciencedaily.com

"Graphene and other carbon nanomaterials can replace scarce metals"

"New quantum phenomena in graphene superlattices"

"Scientists move graphene closer to transistor applications"

I believe graphene will have in important role to play in many aspects of our lives, and its potential is being underestimated. I consider this a long-term investment.

Of course AGM could sort the tech issues and could get to the point of bulk production of high quality GNPs. However there is no evidence that they have.

They have let the market believe they could do 1.5 tonnes of high quality GNPs per year but their own limited comments about that are hidden under a load of hype.

The IPO comments were a bit wet fish too when talking to backers about the tech. That changed when the money was in the bank on the first results.

As you asked. The arrow shows where the FCA were informed. I had been trying to get some sense out off the nomad prior. They promised but failed to return calls.

Hence you see my frustration considering the share price fall that the market has not been updated. I have no idea how many investors are oblivious.

I can do but it was just about highlighting the issues.

Still no update from the Nomad, company or the FCA I see. The FCA have been well aware since June.

There could be a shed load of investors completely oblivious to the lies as they don't read these types of sites.

I might ping the Nomad compliance team and ask what they are doing about it.

Will pop the chart up.

They have to fund arise Phoenixes having spent most of the £18 mill plus raised so far.

It was supposed to be to increase production to 8 tonnes on the first raise but it didn't happen. Then 6 tonnes on the 2nd raise which didn't happen.

The vast majority goes on salary costs of £70k plus per employee and there was I thinking it was grim up north.

How can 42 staff come out at that average and WTF do they need 42 staff for.

Time for Mabbit to get the boot I suspect.

Apparently before the lie was revealed he was already thinking of throwing the towel in (rumour control).

Bite the bullet John take responsibility for your lies and walk.

This is becoming an embarrassment. The company has nothing to say in response to questions put to it. Why not?

Are they short of money? Is there a fund raising going to be needed and if so at what price?

Somebody please tell me AGM won the CPI tender for synthetic GNPs.

There has been no news yet on it. They may well have won it.

It was for 1 kg and would amount to more than their entire sales it seems. That's if their method fits the criteria, but then if it doesn't it seems the CPI didn't want any of their type.

After all they did commission the CPI to build the production kit for them.

I don't know if they have won it by the way and I know synthetic graphene has an issue with meeting the spec the CPI listed in the tender.

Hey ho Jak

It's spot on, they lied in news and they know it.

Where is the FCA action on it?

I ask I'd try out the system and so far it's been trash.

The trouble with fraud companies of the past is they can simply lie in further news to defeat the market and they try to point out issues.

My header date is clear 6th June. Look at the share price since.

I tried to warn PIs hey ho. I tried the official route and nothing has been done.

All it needed was fair cop gov wrists slapped and then move on.

WHO has been selling in the time all of this has been known by the Nomad and company.

No ulterior motive from me other than dropping on some lies and trying to deal with it.

Not short and I don't know anyone short. I have no idea if this can be shorted, I'm not interested.
