Have you asked them how positive they are that shareholders wont lose everything?

Because when I did the reaction said it all. This company could not give a hoot about its shareholders. Yes ofcourse they are positive, they will run it into admin and it will continue without its shareholder.

JMHO. I really hope this does come good but I am 99% confident that my money would have been better served giving it to the homeless!

will1734 when i talk with the company they are still positive am not sure whether this is a front or not,not a nice feeling is it when you know there is nothing you can do,i have a similiar amount coming up for xmas would of been quite handy to have...

They could negotiate more time with the administrators,lets hope this happens and we are given an update before friday..

Basicly, Appian the company, have stiched up thier investors. IMO.

proothi.. the business will be sold ... then whatever proceeds they get creditors will be first in line for the dosh..... shareholders are at the bottom of the pile. Very very rarely do shareholders get anything once a company goes into administration as the business is sold for a firesale price so there is very little left after all people who are owed money get what's due to them.
