jotoha1, I take it you are being sarcastic? Otherwise how is losing eight figure sums over several years, frequently losing very experienced staff and being on the verge of appointing administrators [despite recently taking millions of pounds off shareholders] considered to be good guidance?

thats my thought it would make a takeover unattractive and administration a more sure thing. that way people or companies could pick up the IPR of the company at a cheaper cost without any of the hassle of people problems etc.... it will be interesting to see how it pans out. I'm sure it was'nt engineered to go down that path of administration......................

Very tricky making people redundant prior to administration, employees will be able to make substantial claims against the company, still Ryan seems to know what he is doing, has guided the company very well so far.

i have heard that Appian have made a number of people redundant. this would indicate that they are not planning on staying in business as if they do, all of the workers that are experienced have gone!!! and so it would be difficult to operate even if funding was put in place. i think it will go into Admin for sure and some one will pick up the pieces that they want in a fire sale.

Why are we all trying to second guess, no-one knows for sure whats happening, ven wise old 8Trader who thinks he knows everything. Lets just wait and see whos right and whos wrong. I will be the first to admit if Im wrong but I really do think those that got in 0.5-0.85p will still make money.!!!

Proot, just a rumour but a strong one at that. It may all fall through as like the funding but it gives some hope. There is no reason to try and ramp this share as its suspended but 8Trader cant seem to grasp that yet.!!!
