20,000,000 shares in issue when the thread started, now 91,000,000

Market Cap pretty much unchanged.

That all means that it hasn't been that great an investment for shareholders....

IMO - of course.

APC Technology Group plc (AIM: APC), the provider of technologies and services intended to help improve organisational sustainability and specialist distributor of electronic components, announces that it has issued and allotted 30,000 new ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of share options. The options were exercised at a price of 10 pence per share.


Few shares exercised @ 10p - at least someone thinks they'll go higher. :-)

Trying to get out. Acquisition two weeks before this!! WTF are they thinking?

Management reputation is completely gone. could not run a pi55 up in a brewery etc.
