for anyone who bought at 10-20 p, it was a christmas bonus- I added at 15 p but not many and am holding tight-

I don't think it's unusual for valuation to be a bit crazy on this one- volatility is Aortech's middle name imo

best thing is, it doesn't look like it's going bust, but where it goes from here is a punt

Another dreadful pump and dump by Stig. His last one was PYC that fallen recently from 15p to 7p.

I remember when the FCA had finned him a million pounds over his deramping of AIM stocks. Not sure if it was him or not though, but he did used to deramp.

Strange market action today. Small sales seem to be having a disproportionate impact on the share price

Just logged in and surprised to see the fall in the share price today. Expected a further rise. Assume it's just profit taking and took the opportunity to make another small purchase. It would be rude not to.

I've been following AOR for months and purchased initial position at 20p

I've bought more this morning at mid 50s

Unfortunately a lot of AIM punters only look at the share price. So they think 50p is 'expensive'. Obviously those of us who are more intelligent know it's the Market Cap that counts.

Just some valuation pointers to compare with our £2.5-3.0m mkt cap tiddler.

Biomerics our main licensee is spending $38m just to buy a new HQ building

There have been several recent fundings and takeovers in this space which gives an indication of the real value to Corporates of this sort of technology
e.g.

Xeltis got $52m in Series C funding (implies $ X hundred million market cap )

Harpoon Medical acquired for $100m by Edward Lifesciences

I think there is a reason AOR talked about the value of their licences versus their Market Cap as I'd imagine they have been approached by many interested parties.

Huge value in this long term. £25-30m (i.e. 10x current cap) should be seen as the starting point

Easy picking for mms. Some traders can't hold on for more than a couple of hours then sell for a loss. If I was a mm I'd clean up too as would everyone else. Buy the dips
