Block Listing Interim Review
Pursuant to AIM Rule 29 and Schedule 6 of the AIM Rules for Companies, Anzon Energy Limited ("AEL") makes the following update on its
block listing for the period from 16 February 2007 to 16 September 2008.
On 14 August 2006 AEL applied for a block listing of 8,200,000 Ordinary Shares which may be issued pursuant to the exercise of options
at US$0.50 per share.
Between 16 February 2007 and 16 September 2008, 500,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value were issued relating to this block listing.
These 500,000 Ordinary Shares were issued on 10 September 2008.
As at 16 September 2008, 6,800,000 options exercisable at US$0.50 remain admitted pursuant to the block listing.
As at 16 September 2008 AEL has the following securities in issue:
* 105,040,683 Ordinary Shares of no par value
* 1,800,000 options over Ordinary Shares with an exercise price of US$0.50 per share, exercisable by 16 February 2009
* 5,000,000 options over Ordinary Shares with an exercise price of US$0.50, exercisable by 5 April 2010
* 750,000 options over Ordinary Shares with an exercise price of GBP1.13, exercisable by 1 February 2014
