African Rainbow Minerals Ltd. (ARI.JO) and Anglo Platinum Ltd. (AMS.JO), joint venture partners and owners of the Modikwa Platinum Joint Venture, said Wednesday no agreement has been reached in the past or present with any party in relation to any matter concerning the Modikwa Deeps properties.
