BloombergMonday 11 July 2016Forget Brexit, go for raw materials. Citigroup Inc. says that it's bullish on the outlook for commodities in 2017 as the impact of the U.K.'s vote to quit the European Union will fade, global growth chugs along and investors will plow more cash into funds."Citi is especially bullish commodities for 2017," analysts led by Ed Morse wrote in an note received on Monday, two months after the New York-based bank said that raw materials' markets had turned the corner. "Citi economists see the damage to global growth from Brexit to be limited in extent and duration in 2016, while stronger growth from China and the U.S. should lift global growth for the rest of the year."

Disappointing. All looked good this morning and been getting dragged back since.

Corlis - large buy order - they can affect the share price in various ways (same a sell orders to). The buyer has placed a buy range on the order. That order will keep the price in that range while there is stock available to part fill the order. The price will only rise when either the order is filled and other orders then push it up or when available stock runs out in that price range thus pushing the buyer to increase his buy price.

This morning had a large buy order. It would seem sellers (probably shorts) finally filled that order and pushed the price down. Friggin shorters just won't let go...

yeas lovely start, but didn't expect the end of week profit taking to happen so early in the day.
Maybe took dosh & off to Wimbledon to watch Murray.
Figures out from USA at 1pm so maybe the breather beforehand.
