Exactly that. The BOD don't give a toss as all in the meantime they will be collecting their massive wages.
The reluctance to buys shares is gleamingly obvious of their confidence in matters.

It always surprises me that investors really never look that bit of lack of director buys. Even a director might have a holding. It would probably be £2000 max of his £200,000 year salary, as a token gesture. Still meaningless & smoke screen of lack of confidence in something.

I do think that this share price is on the dive. The workovers are a concern.

I do think that you could see 12p or even 8/9p. If the sentiment is completely shot. At those prices it's worth a punt and punt only!

they do seem to have failed to deliver with the drill date. previous RNS seemed to indicate the rig was confirmed as available for end September. i looked back over this years RNS and they had it down for an Aug to September drill. poor effort. reality is they get paid well regardless of success. finding more oil they just reward the themselves more. but that is the business they are in

What's the cash burn including cost of workovers and plc costs. What happens if the big oiler wants the drill longer?? The rig company would hardly say no to them for a toddler explorer in AAOG. Perhaps BoD are stringing this out for own greedy minds. Makes me sick that they let their mates out at 24-26p.

The workovers are an additional concern.
In that interview in Aug the BOD (well Sefton), gave a big hint workover going to be successful. I assume all this workover stuff is free becasue many investor seems to think that this workover stuff will not impinge on the cash in the bank?

It's costing big money I can only assume.

I urge people to watch this interview

Do an analysis of their behaviour. Slight slipage = 2 months. Confident of it working = means actually no chance really of it working.

Be very very vigilant of believing what this BOD actually say and what they mean.

Got to be honest great story here, but that's all it seems to be at the moment, a work of fiction dreamed up by an incompetent board who do not appear to be able to turn that fiction into fact.

I really can't see support of 16p holding. Just too long of a wait for the market. People maybe holding at the moment. Though wait until say 10 days time when a decent rainbow share comes up again. They be selling to chase that one, thinking I can always come back to AAOG. No news to Dec.

Many don't understand the markets. Thinking that fundamentals will just prop up the share price up till Dec over market sentiment. It won't. The sellers will start coming in more over the coming sessions, which I think low teens will seen in a few weeks.

The BOD really have shown what their intention are.
AAOG is so great product they don't want to entertain any share buying of their own, but are very willing to increase their salary.
It's a classic win win for them and maybe a win for the pi's in far distance.

Though the track record of this BOD does not inspire any confidence in them.
I can see towards mid Nov everyone getting excited again. The block buyer be back (BOD mates) & the share price might go up.
Into Dec Block seller will appear, when BOD inform them they have no intention of making a drill bit turn in Dec. Let them out only; to then to inform & let down the pi's yet again. Another 30% wiped off.

In Feb 18. They may just get the drill bit into the floor, but not without rinsing the pi's in Dec. Who no doubt wil be walking right into the sucker punch from the laughing smug BOD yet again.

If we are lucky enough to get a placing I for one will be increasing my holding substantially with profit from elsewhere, so a dip would only work in my favour. Drill is still happening. Also, talk of no news till December is nonsense. Rig contract will come several weeks or more before rig arrives. share price will move up at that point if not before. Now only 15p per BOE for TLP-103 on EV basis.

Will they go to the market for a small
Placing of say 1-1.5 million at around 15p a share or do they have enough cash for drill and workovers with the delay

AIM is news based, so this will need news to drive it.

Drill is not taking place until December or early Q1 so I doubt we will see much action for a few months or so but the investment case is still there. The oil in the ground is still there, although I agree the BOD are poor they cant obtain a rig that is already in use so it is out of their control.

This will come good once rig is confirmed.

Would like to see the BOD buy shares and also have their pay cut. I thought they already had their pay cut if you read the admission document so that was a bit of a shocker.

Not aligned with PI interests? You are aware of the production target based incentives for the BOD? If you mean they should buy some shares, I agree. Would be a steal.

Looks to have closed just below last low so still needs to find support IMO. See how it goes for next few sessions.

This company is a very clear illustration of why one should always focus on the investment proposition first. Sometimes this can override your feelings about the BOD.

I am staying invested because I see a very good return once they drill. Some may say something might come up again, but at some stage they will drill, and the investment case is strong enough to stay invested despite what I perceive to be an arrogant attitude from the BOD toward investors.

I say arrogant attitude; I hope the reality is that it's not any worse than that....
