07/9/2017 00:21 | well say what you like theres a persistant seller here and has been for many months now | timw3
06/9/2017 23:50 | Selling this to trade UKOG? Are you serious? With the rig contract due any day, the spread and liquidity in AAOG could render that a disastrous move and for what? A punt on UKOG, the £318M wonder horse? UKOG requires an epic result at BB to justify its current market cap let alone a higher one. Even if the result is good can they replicate it away from the fault zone? Certain folks are questioning this. No doubt the market won’t care and ramp it higher squeezing poor old Lucian, but how sustainable is it? Still it’s nice they’ve finally started the extended flow test one week before the whole thing was originally due to end. Busy doing a sidetrack without telling the market and then still dragging their feet on flow testing. That said I did take a small position into the close and will trade the exuberance for a laugh, but that is all. The easy money money was made when UKOG placed at 0.8p. Folks moaned the company was finished and I loaded up. Same with EME when folks shunned the open offer at 3.5p. Now it’s AAOG’s turn. Don’t look the gift horse in the mouth. We are lucky to have such a great opportunity. AAOG and JOG are both drilling wells this quarter with the same overall COS. At the current enterprise values you are paying 106p per barrel for JOG’s Verbier drill and only 27.8p per barrel for AAOG’s TLP-103 drill. As we’ve said before AAOG is onshore, JOG isn’t. AAOG’s discoveries can go into production immediately, JOG’s can’t. AAOG has lots of cash, JOG doesn’t. Buying AAOG prior to their main event at these levels is a no brainer. Elsewhere, EME also looks like a good play at the moment. With significant gas shows continuing at depth, the COS for a big find has increase significantly IMO and I think an increase in position size is warranted hence the accelerating share price We should see a big re-rate there if log results confirm some pay intervals, with another bigger push on flow rate news. FRR also had a tantalising RNS this morning, with a rig mobilising to test it’s huge gas field in Georgia with results within a month. They’ve just done a placing and their share price was at rock bottom at yesterday’s close. Given the kind of following it often attracts, it too should do very well over the next few weeks. All in all AAOG is one of a handful of oil stocks that should really outperform over the next few weeks. Don’t miss out. GLA | phoebusav
06/9/2017 21:35 | seller still here. Also rekon there will be a few sellers tomm looking to trade the UKOG news. | timw3
06/9/2017 20:32 | Same with all of AIM people see red and they get 'antzy', nothing has changed bit of patience will go a long way. Look at EME months and months of nothing, as soon as they get drill dates it went nuts. We will get drill dates in very very soon + workover update no doubt. | ileeman
