In all of this MMH have supplied contracts keeping the company going with the aim of(MMH) being listed in the UK and allowing Angel to continue to do its own thing.

The fact that PH is standing down may let what remains build from scratch and move in a different direction.The staff who have lost their jobs and taken wage cuts rather than move on do not deserve to be ridiculed by you as witnessed when you slagged off Fay Wilsons credentials

This was to be a disastrous day according to you but i think they will continue in business despite your best efforts to bad mouth anyone and anything associated with the company

btw, the cash flow forecasts are unaudited and one should expect differences once the full year comes to light.
