Well it will hold around here might even get chased. Open higher in the morning get chased for a few minutes then the sell off so if you are brave you might be
able to squeeze something but I will leave that to the next person.

I have a thread asking people to list these litigation stocks nobody mentioned AMP which was a shame

I have not read one single post today which fully understands the significance of this preliminary patent ruling. Firestar ( which is a Amphion partner company ) has developed this technology but sold the patent rights to Datatern who in turn are commissioned to exploit the patent rights and licensing.

This year will see Congress approve the following system to roll out nationally.

The FireStar and OMG partnership with the Southeast Michigan Health
Information Exchange (SEMHIE) and the Southeast Michigan Health Authority
(SEMHA) has contributed to SEMHIE receiving contracts from the US Social
Security Administration and a Beacon Community Grant from the US
Department of Health and Human Services worth a total US$19 million.
The AIM listed developer of medical and technology businesses owns a
13.78% stake in FireStar, a software product company focused on allowing
different organizations to automatically exchange electronic information with
each other.
Amphion stated that the internet is not "sufficiently robust or secure" to address
the problems with the reliable exchange of information between different
organizations. "This award will provide the funding to develop the standards to
address this problem, which, in turn, will give FireStar the opportunity to
implement the standard in all medical entities.
"FireStar will offer a software appliance, built on its proven and patented
product, EdgeNode, that will facilitate the processing and distribution of
information/data based on the standard.
"This is an exciting multi-billion dollar marketplace opportunity," said Amphion
chief executive Richard Morgan.
The partnership between FireStar and OMG is expected to enable SEMHIE to
shorten the time and cost of processing Social Security disability claims as well
as increase the quality and cut the cost of the treatment of diabetes for the
citizens of Southeast Michigan.

I always remember falia before I filtered posting on MUBL when it went through 10p from 8p there was no resistance until 75p. He admitted selling for around 12p despite saying a few times it was going to 75p.

If I was in AMP I would be taking profits he is a great signal.

I would love to take the bet. I cannot recall any spike recently holding it's
gains the next day. Arms did well for 2 hours then gave way at 25p and now it's 10p lol

Having said that, there seem to be the usual ultra-short-term one-line with CAPS LOCK ON rampers (685) so perhaps a pullback will happen from here.

Not invested. No position, and no intention to take a position. But this looks underpinned at about 2.4p per share - it's current NAV. Unlike most companies in this position, funding is 100% sorted for AMP.

Reckon we could see AMP at £15m - £20m at the peak of this spike, somewhere just above 10p a share.

If the patent is as strong as perhaps indicated ( Historically its been tough) the n everyone / company that uses OJ Orientated software to access relational database ( everyone has..) data can be pursued -

Everyone uses a relational database - Obviously AMP will have to be realistic or if gthe patent is strong then a large company may just buy it out.
