   shares in Amiad Filtration Systems Ltd (Amiad) increasing 
   its overall holding from 5.3291% to 6.5425%. These shares 
   were purchased on behalf of IEM plc which increased 
   its holding from 3.63% to 4.48%. Two other funds increased 
   their shareholding but remain <3% shareholders of Amiad.
