Notice of AGM and Directorate Change

Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, gives notice that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company is to be held at 11.00am BST on Thursday 13 September 2018 at the offices of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Adelaide House, London Bridge, London, EC4R 9HA, England.

Among the resolutions to be voted on at the AGM is the proposed appointment of Mr. Yariv Avisar as a non-executive director of the Company and Chairman of the Board. Subject to shareholder approval, Mr. Avisar will replace Mr. Eli Opper who, as previously announced on 3 April 2018, retires as a director of the Company and Chairman of the Board at the conclusion of the AGM. The Company continues to liaise with Kibbutz Amiad in relation to appointing a replacement non-executive director as its representative.

Proposed Director Appointment

Mr. Avisar, aged 56, has over 18 years' experience in global business management within the technology and engineering sector. This includes four years as Chief Executive Officer of SCR (Engineers) Ltd, a global leader in the development and production of agritech solutions for dairy farming, which was acquired by Allflex Group for US$250 million in 2015. Prior to this, he held the position of VP & GM of a global business unit at Hewlett-Packard's Scitex division for large-format digital printing and a sales and corporate role at M-Systems, a NASDAQ-listed producer of flash memory products.

His current roles include, among others, Chairman of GlucoMe, a digital diabetes care platform; a director of Krausz Industries, a designer and manufacturer of coupling and repair clamp solutions for water and wastewater applications worldwide; and a director of Unitronics, a TASE-listed developer of advanced technological solutions for the automation sector.

Other than set out below, there are no other matters required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for Companies as regards Mr. Avisar's appointment. Mr. Avisar does not hold any shares in the Company.
