("Ambrian Capital" or "the Company")
Grant of Options to Director
Ambrian Capital plc (AIM: AMBR), the specialist investment banking group
announces that on 10 April 2008, Tom Gaffney, Chief Executive Officer of the
Company, was issued 1,250,000 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the
Company at a price of 45 pence per share. The options are exercisable at any
time until 10 April 2015.
Following the grant of these options, Mr Gaffney holds 3,170,053 Ordinary Shares
representing 2.9 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and
6,750,000 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company.
