                              Exercise of options

Pursuant to the exercise of options, the Company has made application to the
London Stock Exchange for 500,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company
to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission of the new ordinary
shares is expected to become effective on 16th May 2007.
