LONDON, 1 September 2011- Following the announcement on 7 April 2011 regarding the sale of the whole of the issued share capital of Ambrian Commodities Limited to INTL Global Currencies Limited, the wholly-owned subsidiary of INTL FCStone Inc., the Board of Ambrian is pleased to announce that the sale has completed having received cash consideration of GBP4.37m and approval by the Financial Services Authority.
