Ambrian Capital plc ("Ambrian"), the natural resources investment bank, announces that Mr Tom Gaffney, the Chief Executive, has resigned from the Ambrian Group with immediate effect in order to fulfil family commitments.

Commenting on his resignation the Chairman, Mr Lawrence Banks, said:

"It is with regret that I report we have accepted Tom's decision to leave and to resign as the Chief Executive of Ambrian. We are grateful for his significant contribution to the Ambrian Group over the years and we wish him every success for the future."
