Publication of a supplementary Prospectus

Amati AIM VCT plc (the "Company") has today published a supplementary prospectus approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (the "Supplementary Prospectus"). The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Regulation Rules following the publication of the Company's interim report and unaudited financial statements for the period ended 31 July 2021.

The Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the prospectus published by the Company on 28 July 2021 in respect of an offer for subscription to raise up to GBP40 million, together with an over-allotment facility to raise up to a further GBP25 million.

A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism which is located at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/mationalstoragemechanism .
