29/2/2016 08:06 | A very disappointing offer as it in no way reflects the true value of the asset. It's a great deal for Perseus. One can only hope someone is encouraged to make a higher offer. | 888icb
29/2/2016 07:46 | Perseus is already dual listed (ASX, TSX) but not AIM or LSE. It says they intend to apply for a "standard" London listing after the merger, which I take to mean the main LSE board rather than AIM. | boadicea
29/2/2016 07:38 | you mean triple. | zangdook
29/2/2016 06:47 | No. Only if Perseus decide to go for a dual listing. | darcon
29/2/2016 06:33 | Will they still have a London listing if merger goes ahead ? | timberwolf3
29/2/2016 05:55 | hxxp://www.perseusmi | darcon
29/2/2016 02:53 | The question now is whether anyone else interested in the asset will be ready to make a competing bid for it...I hope they do. | darcon
29/2/2016 02:40 | I think the price offered is disappointing (my average is higher). I think 20pence or thereabouts would have been fairer. | darcon
29/2/2016 01:28 | Interesting development! Amara and Perseus (listed as PRU on the ASX) are planning to combine. Basically, Amara holders will get a proportion of new PRU shares plus a warrant to purchase additional PRU shares - iaw with their holding in Amara. The combined group will have the producing Erdikan mine plus the Amara assets. PRU does have a reasonable balance sheet to help to develop Yaoure. PRU has dropped 9% on the ASX tonight. It will be interesting to see what happens to the Amara price at the London opening. Chip | chipperfrd
28/2/2016 20:54 | Just another name and speculator...I could have said that or something similar. Oh yeah....I did a few weeks ago. | the count of monte_cristo
27/2/2016 15:31 | :)) I reckon they would all sell out if a good bid came in, there loyalty is to there shareholders. The directors own just 0.9% of AMA. A sitting duck this year in my humble opinion, especially if gold has an OK year. I can't remember the last takeover of a resource stock on AIM, think we are overdue a bit of corporate action with small cap companies holding large resources. | the count of monte_cristo
27/2/2016 11:30 | Haven't looked at the top shareholders list for a while but would there be any blockers to a take over if, one did materialise? Seems to me that this is a sitting duck!! | the count of monte_cristo
27/2/2016 09:01 | Yesterday saw a volume of 3.2 million. Lets hope the interest continues next week and we start to see the rerating towards Cantors 50p target. | 888icb
26/2/2016 15:47 | Cantor Fitzgerald 50p Target... AMARA MINING PLC with EPIC/TICKER LON:AMA had its stock rating noted as ÔReiterates&Ot | onedayrodders
26/2/2016 14:43 | New presentation ; | timberwolf3
26/2/2016 13:15 | 10p resistance break probably coming for bowl formation, hope its a cup. Might be stuck today. | edjge2
26/2/2016 13:09 | Maybe RRS will finally take the plunge - it's compelling after all. | amargosa
26/2/2016 13:02 | pretty good news timing. Added many a couple days ago on basing pattern. Unusual for me to catch the bus. Hope they keep it up. Have raised afair bit of cash previously. | edjge2
26/2/2016 12:51 | Now all they need to do is add the same magic to the SL asset BFS and Bob's your uncle. Probably. | amargosa
26/2/2016 12:47 | That's what I call an optimised PFS. | hutch_pod
26/2/2016 08:31 | ...its an excellent rns....resistance at 10p:)) | the count of monte_cristo
26/2/2016 08:00 | Compelling gold development project in the current capital constrained market is the first point highlighted by the RNS. This is a very positive RNS. | 888icb |
