20/5/2016 19:55 | I am still waiting for TDW to sort out their "custodian" issues. My PRU shares still showing with nil value. Grrrr | darcon
20/5/2016 19:06 | I suspect short term gold drop to mid june, then bounce & hold. Pru's performance before 1300 gold rejection was impressive. May be a month's pain but suspect the warrants will be stratospheric by christmas. ASX can be traded 'live' to midnight or 6am onwards but often long delays before trade done. Waking up at 2 or 3 am is when I usually traded before I slept again. | edjge2
17/5/2016 12:12 | Decent time to exercise the warrants with the GBP:AUD rate currently half decent. | amargosa
17/5/2016 08:42 | News just in NEWS RELEASE 17 May 2016 Information for Perseus Warrant Holders On 18 April 2016 the scheme of arrangement between Perseus Mining Limited (ASX/TSX: PRU) (“Perseus̶ and Amara Mining plc (AIM: AMA) (“Amara” became effective. As part of the Scheme consideration, Perseus issued warrants to former Amara shareholders. Perseus ’s registrar, Computershare , despa tched holding statements , including exercise information , to registered holders on 29 April 2016. As many warrant holders hold their warrants through custodians, it may take some time for custodians to forward statements and exercise information to beneficial holders. This timing depends on the custodian and nei ther Perseus nor Computershare can influence this. In order to simplify the process of paying the warrant exercise price for warrant holders, Perseus is pleased to provide a direct payment option. Warrant holders that would like to use this option should contact Perseus at info@perseusmining.c to obtain payment details . Please include the full name of the registered warrant holder for verification purposes. Please note that all amounts are to be paid in Australian dollars and net of any bank and other transactional charges. There are no charges for the receiving bank. Please ensure the payment reference contains the exact name of the registered warrant holder(s) and include s a print of the proof of payment with the exercise notice. 16/5/2016 19:42 | The DIs in my account appear to be tradeable - might do a dummy trade, even though it'll be past my bedtime. | amargosa
16/5/2016 09:55 | Still not appearing in my TDW account | darcon
16/5/2016 09:30 | Well my warrants have turned up in my account; strange they are called Amara Mining Plc Ord shs 1p (Dummy Wts ISIN) - received by the broker in certificated form. | amargosa
09/5/2016 07:39 | Rogsim, thanks for that. I've been in touch with Perseus and they are aware of the issues some of the amara guys are facing; they are hoing to provide some guidance in the next couple of weeks. Apparently there aren't that many of us left, most sold out before the t/o, leaving mainly institutions, who have no problems trading on any exchange. A main London listing - well, that's up to them, they brought it up as a possibilty, so it must have merit, however it would be delusional for them to believe they needed 3 listings, so one of the other 2 would need to go. | amargosa
06/5/2016 07:30 | amargosa, Unfortunately not - my information came from a "source close to the Company". Perhaps Catharine Sutton is able to give you the information on when the Perseus Board will meet/has met. P.S. Having chatted with Mr Jeff Quartermaine, my initial impressions about Perseus remain favourable. They have a large ii base, as did Amara, and all seem loyal to the new entity, with listings on the ASX and TSX. What are the advantages of listing on the LSE relative to the expense? I was advised to certificate my AMA shares, and did so, but would welcome a London listing. | rogsim
06/5/2016 07:11 | Rogsim, any idea when the next PRU board meeting is when the London listing is on the Agenda? | amargosa
03/5/2016 05:59 | Been buying asx pru on TD, oz dollar should rise with commodities roughly. Oz rate cut, suppose inevitable race to the bottom. Warrants stratospheric by then I think Seq. Pru may not list here if not seeking funding. | edjge2
02/5/2016 12:06 | Perseus Mining Ltd (Australia: PRU) 2 May, 02:10 EDT 0.66 ▲ 0.09 (15.79%) | onedayrodders
30/4/2016 22:31 | well if I heard right 6 months before warrants are issued. I am OK with that. | sequoia
30/4/2016 09:45 | Think the Amara Board have let it`s shareholders down. They should have consulted uk brokers and Perseus before going ahead with the merger. Seems most brokers were unprepared for this and in some cases are still waiting for warrants to be delivered. | john148
30/4/2016 07:30 | The possibility of a London listing is on the Agenda for the next Perseus Board Meeting - only the main list will be considered, but it is expensive. Personally, I think the chances are 50:50. | rogsim
30/4/2016 07:08 | Darcon, thanks for the info on TDW - I was thinking of transferring to them from Selftrade soon - not much point yet if they can't trade the shares either. Any chatter yet from the mgt about a London listing for Perseus? | amargosa
29/4/2016 15:53 | TDW said that they still haven't got their arrangements sorted to allow trading of PRU on their platform. They aren't prepared to give a date when they will be ready. They say they are working on getting it done asap. Very annoying. | darcon
29/4/2016 07:27 | Recovered on ASX, sale price early on around 54c | edjge2
28/4/2016 17:28 | PRU warrants quote "...unfortunately Bell Potter is not making a market in these warrants" I've been hot coppered! Hope the wife doesn't notice. | edjge2
28/4/2016 16:44 | Calm may be returning on TSX with PRU having recovered to 0.55. Let's hope the same happens on ASX. | darcon
28/4/2016 14:14 | Now trading at .52 on the tsx. | sequoia
28/4/2016 13:16 | You can catch the conference call on the perseus website, London time midnight 29th Friday. | sequoia
28/4/2016 11:57 | Could be a charged meeting. | amargosa
28/4/2016 11:56 | I was planning to go but too far to travel. It would be good if someone attending could post any conclusions post-meeting | darcon
28/4/2016 11:53 | Doom and gloom in Aussi. Anyone at the mtg this evening? | amargosa |
