One person bought 1.5 mil at 0.472p and then went back and bought another 1.5 mil at 0.492p both delayed hence same person.

Similar pattern goes blue everybody piles in, goes red or goes quiet and all the buyers start selling for losses through impatience

Notes project has the potential to become a "low capex and low opex REE project". Still looking to close acquisition of Terra. Director Aidan Bishop says: "I am pleased with the progress being made on this potential transaction that if successful will result in a complete transformation for the company. The company announced previously that based on the current number of outstanding shares, if successful, the transaction would result in a 'see through' valuation of approximately 2p per share."

Vast up 700% since Friday

Do not sell quiet stocks, they can suddenly spike and go nuts and that includes DISH

I just ignore him

There is no logic to stocks now, they take their turn to spike on news so why sell anything because they are quiet and drifting.

1 day later they can be up 100-200% and being chased even higher

Hi dave,
101 is right up to now - DISH hasn't delivered, but people should be allowed to do thier own research / make thier own mistakes or find a multibagger without being ripped on these bb's.

I looked at DISH but didn't buy as soon as i noticed ShareTalk had started a thread, but i keep an eye just incase .....

He's knocking Vast to high hell and it's up 400-500% since Friday's lows

Mind you I think everybody old school is knocking Vast, there is no logic any more.

If a stock spikes 50% then there's a massive crowd of chasers piling in to take them even higher

...for so long though...Loop last week 6p to 16p now 10.5p

It goes blue up 10-20% they all pile in, and then when it goes red and starts to drift they all sell for a huge loss.

In the rns of 2nd March it says,
The Company has executed an updated term sheet with improved terms that is subject to the execution of a definitive agreement. The terms set out in the term sheet will provide current shareholders with 30% of the enlarged Company .

On the 29th of March from companies house data 30% of shares were transferred to various parties. in my mind this makes it highly likely it's a done deal

Something appears to be happening. Just checked filing history on companies house and Terra Rara have been transferring shares around on the 29th March.
