10/12/2019 00:24 | I think you'll see I pointed exactly the same out a few days ago. Looks very good here now. Over to the bod now for an update on production and a mining plan. GLA | wrighty46
09/12/2019 23:53 | "The aim has always been to obtain the necessary finance at terms that are competitive and in the best interest of shareholders. After exploring a number of opportunities and an extensive due diligence period we are very pleased to update our shareholders on the funding received...." the last two words appear to remove any doubt. the applied for a loan, got the loan approved, FUNDING RECEIVED yet on the other board they seem to think there's a doubt and so went for into the bonds market instead. No, not so, they've now raised $27m with zero dilution. this however does not mean that dilution wont happen, merely that it may be less if it does, and even if it doesn't happen soon it could still happen if debt repayment becomes unmanageable. risky yes, but looking good. | excellance
09/12/2019 18:37 | Looking positive - still in suspense though.. | mikro1

09/12/2019 12:56 | This is excellent news and means the issue was fully taken up as the yield was reduced due to high demand. The market has been slow to pick up on this but the company will have to announce the news later today or in the morning | sclper

09/12/2019 11:58 | In a nutshell, the number of bids at the 8.75% yield rate, so the whole 10m USD bond has been taken up at that rate. | cl2201
09/12/2019 11:50 | What does the cut off price of 100.6473% mean? Oversubscribed? | homebrewruss

08/12/2019 14:51 | Yes, GLA indeed! So many questions, so few answers. Eg - why was the BB extended - poor response? over-subscribed, take-up uncertain? negotiations with JSC Bank not going well/slowly/now unhappy with 6%pa? Issues with LSE/advisor? Tight timing to release cash? etc etc.I need to make time to re-read parts of the Prospectus; was there a minimum subscription requirement in order to proceed? Organic growth without some initial funding I guess would take ages. I don't foresee interest payment issues. Cheers, tightfist | tightfist
08/12/2019 13:44 | I feel in quite a lot of suspense. I took a large position on the understanding that the 17 million financing was a done deal. Now it looks like we could be in an even better or a worse position. If the bond succeeds and the 17 million closes it will be fantastic. If the bond fails and the bank financing is delayed we are back in the waiting game. On the plus side the company should be significantly cash generative at the current gold price and the value of the company is currently so low it is still a bargain even if financing is delayed. Whilst the upside imo is 3 to 4 times in the next 6 months if all goes to plan. GLA! | mikro1
06/12/2019 19:42 | A few other companies have also extended their book building in the past. One started with a 10 day book building timetable. Makes you wonder how much pre-listing promotion gets done. | stonefold
06/12/2019 19:07 | Book building extended till 4pm on Monday followed by allocation and pricing announcement. | stockknobjockeyvanbookstino |
